The first scholarship is the Gates Cambridge Scholarship.
This is a fully funded scholarship for international students to the UK. It has 80 slots. ⅔ of the scholarships will be for Ph.D. students and ⅓ will be for masters students.
The selection criteria are based on: outstanding intellectual ability, leadership potential, reasons for the choice of course, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.

The second is scholarships at Oxford University.
They are called Clarendon scholarships and there are over 200 of them. The scholarships are at the Master's and Ph.D. levels. Selection is based on academic merit and potential.
